PE Class

PE - Is education through the body, of the body, and about the body.

Most of the local school in here in the Micronesia did not have PE class in their schools. Therefore according to my experiences or my sources, I strongly recommended that we should provide PE class in our schools for so many reasons.

Summer 2017 Micronesian future teachers who are attending COM-FSM, were taking PE class with Dr. Santos. In this class, we've learned so much about Physical Education. Most importantly is that we explored and demonstrated the three skill themes which are, loco-motor skills, manipulative skills, and non-manipulative skills.
We made lesson plans and practice delivered them with our classmates.
However we had been learned so much from this PE class, in which we couldn't wait to share in our own schools to help students more active in their learning.

We even explored some ASAP that they were so interesting, One of my favorite ASAP was the "Superhero Tag"
The "Its" (Villains) try to find the superheroes' true identities
3-4 people are "villains" (turn backs)
Two people are identified (secretly) as superheroes.
Villains will tag as many players as possible
if-tagged-freeze
Superheroes move and unfreeze those who have been tagged by touching them
The game will ends when the Villains guess the superheroes true identities.
